According to Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports, it appears the Hawks may be pulling the trigger on a swap centered around Nerlens Noel and Jeff Teague:

The move would make sense for both teams, with the 76ers needing an All-Star point guard and having a surplus of bigs. Meanwhile, Dennis Schroder is ready to start down in Atlanta and the Hawks have a big decision to make regarding Al Horford.
