With the Wild Card Series matchups set and the playoffs beginning tomorrow, the World Series odds entering the postseason have been updated. The Braves currently have the sixth-best odds at winning the whole thing, according to DraftKings.
The Dodgers are the overwhelming favorite at +350, followed by the Yankees and Rays at +600. The Athletics and Padres are tied for the fourth-best odds at +1000, and the Braves come in just behind both of them at +1100.
It probably didn’t help Atlanta’s World Series hopes that they are slated to face the Reds in the Wild Card Series, who are arguably the hottest team in baseball and feature a deadly rotation. According to DraftKings, the Braves (-139) are only a slight favorite to advance to the NLDS over Cincinnati (+112).
