According to several sources close to the Falcons, cuts are coming, and there may be some that are unexpected.
Sources have told me that the #Falcons are not done, you might be surprised at the next few moves they make. Stay tuned. #Falcons

The Falcons began these moves last night by cutting Robert Alford to save nearly $8 million in 2019. Then, they provided us with a little shocker by announcing they have released Matt Bryant as well, saving close to $3 million.
I don’t expect the Falcons to be anywhere close to finished, and the Bryant move was probably just one of the cuts these sources were alluding two. There is still a bevy of potential roster cuts that would save the Falcons significant money like Vic Beasley, Brooks Reed, Ryan Schraeder, and Brandon Fusco.
With the #Falcons making moves to improve their cap, watch these other names who could be released/dealt:
Vic Beasley ($12M – no dead $)
Brooks Reed ($4.5M – $900k dead $)
Ryan Schraeder ($4M – $3.8M dead $)
Brandon Fusco ($3.2M – $1.5M dead $)
Matt Bosher ($2.5M – no dead $)— uSTADIUM (@uSTADIUM) February 6, 2019
So who is next?
Stay tuned.Â
