The Falcons have seen several members of their coaching staff and front office plucked by other franchises. Add another one to the list. According to Albert Breer, the Titans are hiring Atlanta’s college scouting director Anthony Robinson as assistant GM.
The Titans are hiring Falcons college scouting director Anthony Robinson as assistant GM, per sources. He's 2nd to get that title under Ran Carthon—Robinson will oversee scouting, fellow ass't GM Chad Brinker will oversee football ops.
Similar structure to Philly and Cleveland.

As Breer notes, Robinson will oversee scouting while his counterpart will oversee football operations. This is becoming a popular front office structure among other clubs.
The Falcons, who haven’t been regarded as a well ran organization, have now had several coordinators, position coaches, and front office personnel hired out from underneath the franchise. That’s a compliment.
Anthony Robinson joined Atlanta as a scouting assistant before assuming an area scout role; he was quickly elevated to the director of college scouting in 2019. Robinson was actually among the candidates for the Falcons’ GM job until Terry Fontenot was hired.
Congratulations to Anthony Robinson and the Titans; it’s next man or woman up for the Falcons.
