The Braves have a new face in town in Dylan Lee, and they have recalled Orlando Arcia to replace Touki Toussaint and Edgar Santana.
The #Braves today selected LHP Dylan Lee to the major league roster, recalled INF/OF Orlando Arcia from Triple-A Gwinnett, placed RHP Edgar Santana on the paternity list and placed RHP Touki Toussaint on the bereavement list. Lee will wear No. 74.

First and foremost, all of the love and prayers to Touki Toussaint. He lost his father recently, which is why he isn’t with the team at the moment.
Dylan Lee is a former 10th round pick by the Marlins, and he will be making his MLB Debut. While Lee is 27 and not considered a top prospect for the Braves, he has posted respectable numbers throughout his minor league career.
Dylan Lee (2018, A, AA, AAA Combined): 62 IP, 1.80 ERA, 0.97 WHIP, .481 OPSA, 4 Saves
Dylan Lee (2019, AA & AAA Combined): 58.2 IP, 2.91 ERA, 1.23 WHIP, .671 OPSA, 13 Saves
Dylan Lee (2021, Gwinnett): 45.2 IP, 1.58 ERA, 0.77 WHIP, .521 OPSA, 1 Save
There’s no telling if Lee’s success will translate, but if it does, the Braves may have found a gem after signing him to a minor league deal following his release from the Marlins.
Arcia hasn’t appeared since being sent down to Gwinnett on September 18th (their season is over), so hopefully, he has some better luck this time around. He went 1-11 with a .258 OPS after getting called up when rosters expanded in September.
