The Braves made a couple of roster moves as they came home from their west coast road trip. Atlanta optioned Touki Toussaint and Dylan Lee to Gwinnett and are gone as soon as they got here.

Part of this move was probably made to accommodate the Jesse Chavez trade. Chavez should join the Braves pretty soon, and he’s likely the replacement for Touki Toussaint. There are a few candidates to replace Dylan Lee — the Braves could call up Kyle Muller, who had just made a start when Lee was called up, or bring back Austin Riley and keep Travis Demeritte on the roster. Regardless, there will be some shuffling when rosters shrink, and Ronald Acuña Jr. returns from his rehab assignment. The Braves start a homestand against the Marlins tomorrow.
