Braves fans, take a bow. Last night, the final results of Phase 1 of the MLB All-Star voting were announced, and a ridiculous six Braves moved onto the next round.

And that’s not even the best part. Ronald Acuña Jr. was the top vote getter in the league, meaning he has already secured a spot as a starter for the National League. The Braves have a chance at having seven starters in the All-Star Game.
Sean Murphy and Orlando Arcia led their respective positions in votes. Ozzie Albies, Matt Olson, and Austin Riley finished second, while Michael Harris II was the final outfielder to squeak into the Phase 2 field.
However, none of that matters anymore. Phase 1 results do not count towards Phase 2, and the top vote getters from Phase 2 will be named All-Star starters. At noon on June 26th, voting will re-open for a 72-hour period. During that time, voters can only vote once every 24 hours. This should make it much more difficult for the Braves to win, which means if you haven’t been voting, June 26th is the time to start.
Let’s get our boys in the All-Star Game!
