In a bit of news that should excite Hawks fans everywhere, it appears Atlanta could be breaking a trend and wearing the uniforms they have had so much success in this season on the road for the first time.
Interesting development for tomorrow's Hawks game in Milwaukee. The NBA's Lockervison website shows the Hawks will wear their MLK jerseys. I don't remember them wearing those on the road at all this year: https://t.co/E7PLNQ64nG pic.twitter.com/DnviKNBvD2

Atlanta is an impressive 12-2 in their city jerseys, which represent MLK on the front, and there’s no doubt that fans and the team feel they’re a lucky charm whenever the Hawks take the court. Typically, Atlanta has only worn these at home, but it looks like they could don them for an important Game 5 in Milwaukee in a series tied 2-2. With Giannis Antetokounmpo’s status up in the air, the Hawks will do what they can to grab momentum on the road before trying to finish off the series at home on Saturday.
