The Hawks have been linked to Markelle Fultz in rumors for a while. But now, there appears to be some weight to those reports. Adrian Wojarnowski and Zach Lowe appeared on ESPN 2 to talk about the hot topics 24 hours before the NBA trade deadline. During that time, Woj spoke on Markelle Fultz, and how there is “a real possibility he’s played his last game with the Sixers.”
"Those guys aren't on the team if Markelle Fultz is a normal No. 1 overall pick," @ZachLowe_NBA says on his deadline special with @wojespn. Woj says they've talked to Atlanta, Orlando about him: "There's a real possibility he's played his last game with the Sixers."

Woj mentions the Hawks and the Magic as teams who have been in negotiations with the 76ers. Earlier today, Kevin Smith reported that trade talks were heating up around some of the Hawks veterans. He specifically named Kent Bazemore, Dewayne Dedmon, and Jeremy Lin as three players that NBA executives believe will be on a new team 24 hours from now.
Sounds like interest is picking up in the slew of veterans the Atlanta Hawks have made available. Several teams have called on Kent Bazemore, DeWayne Dedmon and Jeremy Lin. Most around the NBA expect all three to have new homes by tomorrow's deadline.

The Sixers have recently been rumored to having interest in both Dewayne Dedmon and Taurean Prince.
The NBA trade deadline is tomorrow, February 7th at 3:00 P.M. Eastern.Â
