The Falcons offense has been inconsistent the entire season, but I feel most of that can be attributed to poor quarterback play.
Desmond Ridder consistently held this offense back with turnovers. The Falcons have the bones in place for a capable quarterback to step in and immediately make this one of the best offenses in football.
There are enough offensive weapons in Atlanta to arm a small nation. Kyle Pitts, Jonnu Smith, Drake London, and Bijan Robinson can be compared to just about any skill group in football.
The offensive line is also one of the best units in the league. Jake Matthews continues his steady play, and Matthew Bergeron has quietly had one of the best rookie campaigns in recent memory. It looks like he’ll be a mainstay for years to come.
Kaleb McGary‘s play has been inconsistent but still respectable. Between them lies the heart and soul of Atlanta’s line. Drew Dalman and Chris Lindstrom are the two best players along the front; in fact, they’re the two most valuable players at their respective positions, according to PFF.

This is nothing new for Lindstrom, who signed the richest deal in NFL history for a guard. He’s one of the best players at his position and will likely garner All-Pro consideration for a second straight season as the star of the Falcons offensive line.
What is a pleasant surprise is Drew Dalman’s progress. A fifth-round pick in the 2021 draft has turned into a valuable starter. He’s refined his skills and become much more consistent. The Falcons have found a center of the future, and it looks like the starting five won’t change for years to come.
