As the Falcons travel across the pond to square off with the Jaguars, the experts are making their picks.
Thus far, Jacksonville has probably underperformed expectations, while Atlanta has overperformed theirs. The Jags will be about field goal favorites in London, a similar situation as Week 3 in Detroit.
Last week, experts overwhelmingly picked the Lions to defeat the Falcons. That trend continues into Week 4 against the Jaguars.

This will certainly be a difficult matchup for the Falcons. Trevor Lawrence has suffered from abysmal luck, leading the league in dropped passes, so Ryan Nielsen’s unit will have to be on its p’s and q’s.
Arthur Smith, Desmond Ridder, and the rest of the offense have a taller task. Not that Jacksonville’s defense is world beaters, but Detroit showed the blueprint to slow them down — load the box and dare Ridder to throw.
Last week’s pathetic offensive performance deserves to be shouldered by Smith, Ridder, the offensive line, and pass catchers. It takes all 11 guys, and it certainly will this Sunday morning.
