Believe it or not, the trade deadline is on August 2nd. The Braves have to make some moves, and knowing GM Alex Anthopoulos, they won’t sit on their hands. MLB Pipeline has an idea of who he could make available in a potential deal:
You've heard the big names that could be dealt at the Deadline.
But which prospects could be on the move? We zeroed in on one for each team: https://t.co/AejPuv74u3 pic.twitter.com/2uTis9gTNb

MLB Pipeline thinks it’s likely Tucker Davidson is moved if a trade is made, and I tend to agree with them:
Braves: Tucker Davidson, LHP (No. 5)
Sure, the Braves’ system is thinned out, especially after the Matt Olson deal, but that’s never stopped them, and they still have some pitching depth to deal from. Davidson has shown he has the stuff from the left side to compete in the big leagues and a rebuilding team could give him a longer audition in a rotation or a bullpen role.
Davidson is already 26 years old, but he has shown some flashes in the majors and is closer to MLB ready than most guys. I doubt he could be the centerpiece of a major deal, but he’s definitely an attractive arm for a lot of rebuilding clubs. I don’t know if the Braves will make a big splash move or a few minor ones, but at 26 with a logjam in the rotation, I wouldn’t be shocked to see Davidson involved in a trade.
