You have to give Major League Baseball credit. Leave it to them to schedule their televised Gold Glove award ceremony on the same night as the most critical election in most of our lifetimes. So if you missed it, I can’t blame you.
The Braves had a few finalists but only one took home the award, and it was their ace-pitcher, Max Fried.

Fried becomes the first Braves pitcher since Mike Hampton (2003) to win the award. Of course, longtime Braves great Greg Maddux has the most Gold Gloves ever for a pitcher with 18.
