Rumor between Hawks and Pacers:
League sources say Pacers and Hawks had exploratory talks about swapping #11 pick and #15 pick. I'm not sure what else would be included.
— Alex Kennedy (@AlexKennedyNBA) June 23, 2015
A day later, Kennedy tweeted about the Hawks possibly going after Frank Kaminksy
ATL has talked to some teams (including IND at #11) about trading up from #15. Some people around NBA believe the Hawks want Frank Kaminsky.

Atlanta might have to target a Small Forward if they fail to keep Demarre Carroll (Wojnarowski is an NBA Insider for Yahoo Sports):
Interesting factor that negates Atlanta's hometown financial advantage on DeMarre Carroll in free agency: Hawks don't have his Bird Rights.
— Adrian Wojnarowski (@wojespn) June 25, 2015
Other teams targeting Frank Kaminsky (C):
The Suns remain in aggressive pursuit of a move up in the draft, presumably targeting Frank Kaminsky, league sources tell Yahoo.

Atlanta has traded their #15 pick:
Hawks trade Oubre to Washington for 19th pick and two future second rounders.
