There are very few programs in the country that pump out NFL talent like the Georgia Bulldogs. Kirby Smart has laid the same blueprint his mentor Nick Saban created with Alabama — one of the most productive schools in history at sending players to the league. In the 2022 NFL Draft, Georgia had a record-breaking five defenders selected in the first round and a total of 15 throughout all seven rounds, and the team is set to send another impressive class of prospects to the NFL Combine in 2023.
The Georgia Bulldogs are preparing for a College Football Playoff tilt against Ohio State as Kirby Smart attempts to lead his team to back-to-back championships. However, despite it being an exciting time for fans and players, it’s the busiest time of the year for the coaching and recruiting staff. Smart’s team is preparing for a bid to the CFP Championship while also prepping for the upcoming signing day.
This got me thinking of the potential roster turnover, which won’t be official until the end of the season. The Dawgs will once again have a highly-rated recruiting class while losing players to the NFL and transfer portal. Here are all the Georiga Bulldogs eligible for the 2023 NFL Draft, via Sports Illustrated.

Not all of these guys are going to be selected in the next cycle, but there is a handful that certainly will be drafted. Jalen Carter and Kelee Ringo are very likely looking at a first-round status. Nolan Smith, Broderick Jones, Darnell Washington, and Kenny McIntosh will also be highly touted. Stetson Bennett will be out of eligibility, so he will be entering his name into the draft, and I wouldn’t be shocked if he went on Day 3. Those with years of eligibility left could choose to return to school in 2023 to improve their stock; Arik Gilbert would be an excellent candidate. It’s setting up to be another successful April for the Georgia Bulldogs.
