Atlanta Braves baseball will be back in 2020, but it may be a while before we get to see one of their up and coming relievers. Jeremy Walker was placed on the 45-Day IL, which took the place of the 60-day IL due to the shortened season, because of a right shoulder impingement he sustained during Spring Training:
Transactions freeze was lifted at noon today. Walker had this issue crop up during spring training three months ago. https://t.co/ZI01n407cK

As David O’Brien pointed out, this is not a new injury, rather just a retroactive move in some sense as the rosters were frozen indefinitely. This will allow Atlanta the opportunity to open up a spot on the 40-Man roster. Hopefully we will get a chance to see Walker, who flashed impeccable control, at some point in 2020.
