This October, Trae Young and the Hawks will make the long trek to the United Arab Emirates to play two games in Abu Dhabi. While they’re only preseason games, the series (taking place October 6-8) is sure to make some new NBA fans. It’ll be interesting to see some Trae Young and Giannis Antetokounmpo jerseys popping up in Abu Dhabi.
The NBA is adding to their long resume of efforts towards making international fans, and this is just the latest. Basketball is quickly becoming one of the top sports worldwide.
