According to Adam Borai, there are still multiple teams interested in John Collins:
According to sources, the Heat, Kings, & Jazz are of the teams still engaged in talks for Atlanta Hawks F John Collins.Word is MIA previously tried to join the SAS/ATL deal from earlier today as a 3rd team. ATL is looking for a win-now player & a 1st for the 24 year old big man.

In order, I think the Kings, Jazz, and Heat make the most sense. The Kings have plenty of young assets and picks to offer. Something centered around Davion Mitchell, Richaun Holmes, and a pick would be a decent return for Atlanta, especially with the money they would free up.
If there’s a trade with the Jazz, obviously Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell would be discussed. I wasn’t too interested in adding Gobert, but with Murray in the fold, I’d be more comfortable making him a third option.
With the Heat, I think they have good assets, but I’m not sure who the Hawks would acquire. Duncan Robinson and his contract don’t make sense, and a lot of their young assets have thrived in the system of one of the greatest coaches in NBA history. They are the least appealing option to me, but they also seem the most interested. I’m not sure the Hawks would ship Collins to a division rival, but we shall see.
