Just like last week, the Falcons will be without a lot of firepower on defense. Dan Quinn announced today that two starting safeties — Keanu Neal and Ricardo Allen — will not play Monday night against the Packers. Younghoe Koo, who suffered a groin injury during warmups before their game against the Bears, will also not play.
Dan Quinn says Ricardo Allen, Keanu Neal and Younghoe Koo will be out for Monday night.

The Falcons signed former South Carolina kicker, Elliot Fry, earlier this week. He will take over the kicking duties against the Packers and probably the next couple of weeks after that, providing he looks serviceable on Monday. Expect to see a lot of Damontae Kazee, Jaylinn Hawkins, and Sharrod Neasman at safety with Allen and Neal out.
Unfortunately, the Falcons could also be without a key piece on their defensive line. Dan Quinn is hopeful Takk McKinley can return this week, but he will be a gametime decision.
Dan Quinn says Takk McKinley was able to run yesterday and the team will push it with him again. Team will have a better sense closer to Monday about his availability.

The good news is wide receivers Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley look like they will play. Russell Gage will also be out there after suffering a concussion against the Bears.
