Falcons welcome critical offensive piece back for TNF against Bucs

NFL: AUG 23 Preseason Jaguars at Falcons

The Falcons take on the Buccaneers on Thursday Night Football, marking their third primetime game in four weeks. It presents a great opportunity for both clubs to take a commanding lead in the NFC South.

For Tampa, to get a win in Atlanta while extending their divisional lead would be ideal, but the Falcons would take a 2-0 lead in the NFC South with the Panthers looming in Week 6 if they come out victorious.

Unfortunately, Troy Andersen won’t be available coming off the breakout performance of his young career, but the Falcons will welcome back a critical piece of the offense in Kaleb McGary.

Meanwhile, the Bucs will be without several key starters, including All-Pro safety Antoine Winfield Jr.; below is the participation designation from the injury report and their respective game status for tonight
