The Falcons staff is all but complete, and another key domino fell into place this morning:
We have added a Director of Coaching Operations and a Strength and Conditioning Coach. https://t.co/aKA0HiHq8q

Strength and conditioning coach is always an underrated hire, and it appears Atlanta got a good one. Stallworth was a linebacker at the University of Tennessee during their glory days in the late 90s, and after spending 2018-2020 as an assistant strength coach with the Giants, Stallworth makes the jump to join Arthur Smith.
He has had stops as an assistant at Western Kentucky, Fresno State, Texas Tech, and North Carolina State. Stallworth was also at Mississippi State for three seasons and was present when the Bulldogs notched the #1 overall ranking in the country in 2014.
Hopefully, Stallworth can condition this team for a full four quarters, and along with Arthur Smith’s coaching, the Falcons start finishing down the home stretch.
