The Falcons announced on Wednesday that they signed former XFL tight end Khari Lee to a one-year deal.

Lee went undrafted back in 2015 and has had stops in Houston, Chicago, Detroit, and Buffalo in the NFL. Most recently, he was with the DC Defenders of the XFL, before they had to suspend their season and allowed its players to sign with NFL teams.
He has appeared in 34 NFL career games but logged just two receptions. However, in just five XFL games, Lee exceeded that production with eight receptions for 91 yards and two touchdowns. He should be viewed as a blocking tight end and depth piece for Atlanta.
