The Falcons win over the Cowboys extends their record to 6-3. It’s the first time since 2016 the club has reached that mark.
Kirk Cousins, Bijan Robinson, Drake London, Darnell Mooney, and the defense were the stories of the afternoon. The veteran completed nearly 80% of his passes for 222 yards and three touchdowns. Two of those scores went to London and Mooney, the latter of which had another impressive outing.
Mooney finished with 88 yards on five catches, while Robinson added 147 scrimmage yards on 26 touches. The defense held the Cowboys offense in check for much of the afternoon, limiting Dak Prescott to 133 yards on 18 completions before an injury sidelined him.
The Falcons totaled three sacks, the first time they’ve had two or more since Week 1 against the Steelers. Dallas looked outmatched and outclassed from the get-go, but Atlanta didn’t come away clean.
The Falcons saw a pair of their stars go down with potentially serious injuries — Drake London with a hip and Grady Jarrett with an Achilles. Fortunately, it seems both avoided significant injuries.
Jarrett left the game for “precautionary reasons” and said he felt “solid” after the contest, per Tori McElhaney.
Grady Jarrett — who left the game with an Achilles strain — said in the postgame locker room that he feels "solid" and that leaving the game was for "precautionary reasons."

According to James Palmer, London’s hip pointer doesn’t appear to be a serious concern.
My understanding is #falcons WR Drake London is dealing with a hip pointer and an oblique strain. It doesn't appear to be a serious concern.

The Falcons will travel to New Orleans to take on the lowly Saints, who are now losers of seven straight after starting the year 2-0. The Falcons are going to be road favorites, but it won’t be easy.
Though Dennis Allen has seemingly lost the team, there is still hate in their hearts, and the Saints would love nothing more than to ruin the Falcons’ joy. It’s another pivotal divisional matchup, as Atlanta looks to move to 5-0 against their NFC South foes.
