The Falcons are bringing back Kaleb McGary at a price point that was a lot lower than a lot of fans (myself included) expected:

Kaleb McGary was fantastic last season, but it was his first year of really solid production. There’s a reason he’s not playing on a fifth-year option right now. After Mike McGlinchey got a big deal from the Broncos, fans were starting to wonder if McGary would price himself out of town. PFF was projecting that McGary would get 4 years, $60 million.

I’m pretty happy with this figure, even if it’s a bad contract in a year or two, it shouldn’t cost the Falcons too much to move on from. McGary was likely the best option available, and at the price point, it’s hard to complain with the money being thrown around.
