With Raheem Morris officially hired as the head coach of the Falcons, the next order of business is filling out his staff. As Alex Lord noted yesterday, Zac Robinson is an intriguing name that could follow Morris from Los Angeles to be the Falcons offensive coordinator. He might be the first domino to fall, with several others soon following, and one name to keep an eye out for could be Mohamed Sanu Sr.
The former Falcons wide receiver was asked on Twitter if he would like to be a part of Morris’ staff in Atlanta, and his answer was a resounding yes.
I’d love to honestly https://t.co/9HPqNplqPS

Sanu played under Raheem Morris from 2016-2018 when Morris was the Falcons wide receivers coach. It was by far the best three-year stretch of Sanu’s career, as he racked up 2,714 yards and 15 touchdowns over 61 games.
Morris is known as a player’s coach, and it’s clear the two developed some chemistry from their time in Atlanta. Look out for Mohamed Sanu to potentially fill out a spot on Morris’ staff in the near future.
