According to Aaron Wilson, the Cardinals are hiring Falcons senior pro scout Rob Kisiel to their front office.
#Cardinals add #Falcons executive Rob Kisiel to their personnel department, per a league source. Former #Texans executive is expected to have pro personnel department executive position working with new general manager Monti Ossenfort @KPRC2

With the departure of vice president of pro personnel Adrian Wilson, who left for the Panthers, Arizona will seemingly have Kisiel work under GM Monti Ossenfort with a pro personnel title.
Kisiel was with the Falcons for two seasons. Before that, he spent 16 years with the Texans. He was director of pro personnel there for four seasons. It should be taken as a compliment when another organization poaches a member of your franchise; the Falcons will seemingly replace Kisiel internally as they have in similar past situations.
