With Julio Jones no longer in Atlanta, getting a primary playmaker in the receiving game was a top priority for the Falcons. Pitts wasn’t really involved much for the first four games, but he’s showing that he’s the true X-Factor that he was coming out of the draft. His emergence has allowed Calvin Ridley to do what he does best, and Pitts has opened up the downfield passing game that’s allowing Arthur Smith to take the top off of opposing defenses. When Pitts starts getting more involved in the red zone, watch out because this Falcons offense will get even more dangerous.
