Patterson has carved out quite a career for himself as a jack-of-all-trades piece. Over his eight-year career, he has over 2,000 yards receiving and 1,000 yards rushing. However, his calling card is as a return man, which is why he has made four Pro-Bowls, including two in the past two seasons.
Patterson has eight career kickoff returns for touchdowns and has led the league in kickoff return yards the past two seasons. Assuming everything goes as planned and he signs with the Falcons, Patterson will undoubtedly be returning kicks, but he will also be a fun piece for a creative mind like Arthur Smith to use on offense.
