Unfortunately, Julio Jones missed last week’s game versus the Bears with a hamstring injury. Had he been healthy, the offense probably would have never stalled, and the Falcons would have won their first game of the season. Thankfully, he looks to be ready for their Week 4 matchup with the undefeated Packers on Monday Night Football, logging a couple of limited practices, and he had this to say today.
Julio Jones says he wouldn't have been able to play a whole game last week. Says he feels good now.

Julio won’t be 100%, but rarely are NFL players fully healthy in the middle of the season, and 80% of Julio Jones is generally better than 99% of the rest of the receivers. Jones also said that mental preparation is all he needs to be ready for a game at this point in his career.
Julio Jones says at this stage in his career, he can be fully prepared for a game based on just mental preparation. If he's limited in a week, he's still ready to go.

So expect Atlanta’s #1 receiver to be out there on Monday night. The last time he played the Packers on Monday Night Football, he went for 259 yards and a score. The Falcons could use a performance like that again this week against a revitalized Aaron Rodgers that has not been stopped over the first three games of the season.
In more good news, the Falcons should have their other top two receivers available on Monday as well. Russell Gage, who left last week’s game with a concussion, was a full participant in practice, and Calvin Ridley returned to the field in a limited fashion.

That’s fantastic to hear, as the Falcons will need all the offense they can get if they want to pull off the upset at Lambeau this week.
