Well, it didn’t take long for Dan Quinn to find a job.
Former Falcons’ HC Dan Quinn and the Cowboys reaches agreement for him to become Dallas’ defensive coordinator, per source.

Nothing has been signed, but these sort of agreements in the NFL usually hold true. Quinn was the defensive coordinator in Seattle before accepting the head coaching job in Atlanta. He piloted some of the best defenses of all time with the Seahawks’ Legion of Boom.
It’s great to see someone as liked as Quinn earn another shot. With a defense comprised of DeMarcus Lawrence, Tyrone Crawford, Aldon Smith, Randy Gregory, Leighton Vander Esch, and Jaylon Smith, he should have Dallas playing completely differently than the historically bad year the group had this season.
Best of luck DQ!
