The interviews keep coming, and a former Head Coach has thrown his hat in the rink.
The #Falcons completed an interview with #Titans OC Arthur Smith just now, and they will speak with #Bucs DC Todd Bowles later today.

We covered Smith’s interview here already. Todd Bowles has been pretty good for Tampa Bay as the defensive coordinator; their defense has generated a lot of pressure & turnovers this season. Tampa finished top ten in points allowed, total yards allowed, interceptions, fumbles recovered, and sacks. While they did have the first ranked run defense, they got touched up in the passing game at times.
Another thing to consider with Bowles is his last tenure as the Head Coach of the Jets. It’s tough to win there, but it’s worth noting he went 24-40 while finishing last in the AFC East in each of his last three seasons. He notched 14 wins over those three seasons.
I’m not really interested in Bowles, and the Falcons shouldn’t be either. Maybe they’re just doing their homework. It’s rumored that a Joe Brady & Terry Fontenot pairing is in the cards, but it’s clear no decision has been made just yet.
