While Matt Ryan is still an effective quarterback, picking 4th is prime position for a guy like Justin Fields or Zach Wilson. Penei Sewell is going to be a franchise LT for years to come. Micah Parsons, Patrick Surtain II, and other game changers on defense will likely be available.
