After being released by the Falcons about a week ago, Mike Davis is signing a deal to join the Baltimore Ravens, according to Jordan Schultz.
Breaking: RB Mike Davis is signing with the #Ravens, per source.

Davis and his $2.75 million salary became expendable after Atlanta selected BYU running back Tyler Allgeier in the fifth round. The team saved $2.5 million against the cap with the move.
Davis actually signed the only multi-year deal of Terry Fontenot’s first free agent class, but it didn’t quite work out for the Georgia native. He finished with 503 yards and one touchdown on 138 carries, averaging 3.6 yards per carry. He added 259 yards and another touchdown through the air on 44 receptions, averaging 5.9 yards per reception.
Davis fumbled more times last season than in every other season of his career combined, and even he admitted it was a down year. It’s not a surprise he landed on his feet. Davis is a reliable, well-rounded running back who does all the little things right. The Ravens got a good one, and I’m sure he’ll rack up 1,000 yards and ten touchdowns on his way to an All-Pro season after leaving Atlanta.
