Could the Braves accomplish this rare MLB feat for home runs?

Braves division race Austin Riley

Over this 11-game win streak, the Braves have had some timely home runs. It feels like everyone is hitting, and even guys who have struggled like Adam Duvall are finding green grass. William Contreras and Michael Harris II have been a big part of the resurgence as well. The ball is flying out of the yard, but can everyone in this lineup sustain this strong stretch?

Mark is being a bit tongue-in-cheek, but I don’t think it’s a crazy assumption at this point. In fact, I think the Braves could have NINE players accomplish this feat. Here is where they stack up home run wise:

PLAYER GP GS AVG AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI SB CS BB SO OBP SLG OPS
Austin Riley 3B 60 60 .259 239 34 62 13 1 16 35 2 0 20 74 .327 .523 .850
Marcell Ozuna LF 58 58 .223 229 26 51 8 0 10 23 2 1 13 55 .265 .389 .654
William Contreras C 27 25 .292 89 17 26 7 0 9 17 1 0 12 28 .376 .674 1.050
Matt Olson 1B 61 61 .251 231 25 58 24 0 8 31 0 0 37 64 .356 .459 .815
Ozzie Albies 2B 61 60 .246 240 33 59 15 0 8 33 3 5 14 45 .288 .408 .696
Dansby Swanson SS 61 61 .290 221 36 64 12 1 7 32 9 2 21 67 .355 .448 .803
Ronald Acuna RF 32 31 .311 119 24 37 8 0 6 16 11 3 17 38 .414 .529 .943
Travis d’Arnaud C 40 40 .253 154 21 39 10 0 6 24 0 0 5 35 .299 .435 .734
Adam Duvall CF 59 56 .206 204 27 42 10 1 6 24 0 0 14 70 .261 .353 .614

Right now, I don’t see anyone on this list who isn’t a candidate to hit 20 home runs. Travis d’Arnaud may be the biggest question mark, but the guys at the bottom could easily pass 20, especially Ronald Acuña Jr. If Adam Duvall stays hot and avoids injuries, I think this team could match the 2019 Twins and have eight guys hit 20 dingers, and they could possibly be the first team to have nine players hit 20 home runs.
