It’s almost baseball season! With all of the questions Atlanta still has surrounding the bullpen and the bench, the spring training workout dates approaching feel even closer:

Note who delivered this information and take it with a grain of salt. With Bob’s track record, the Braves could be starting in July. Jokes aside, Atlanta has nine days until pitchers and catchers report in Florida. They have two weeks until the full team reports. With Mark Melancon and Shane Greene unsigned, you have to figure Alex Anthopoulos will look to add at least one guy within the coming week. It will be exciting to see who gets invited, as I expect guys like Kyle Muller, Shea Langeliers, Drew Waters, and Tucker Davidson to get some extended looks in exhibition games. Regardless, it’s great to have baseball so close to being back.
