Game 1 of the 2022 World Series was a doozy last night, as the Phillies stormed all the way back from a five run deficit to open up a 1-0 series lead on the road. I have a feeling this is going to be an all-time great World Series, but for many Braves fans, and even more degenerates, the focus is on next year. Vegas has already put out their odds for the 2023 Fall Classic, and the Braves currently have the second-best odds to raise the Commissioner’s Trophy this time next year, trailing only the Dodgers.

Following a disappointing ending to the season, the Braves are still considered to be one of the best teams in baseball. And it’s fairly simple why. Alex Anthopoulos has done an excellent job locking up the team’s core. The starting 2023 lineup is just about set in stone, with the only real questions coming at shortstop, left field, a fifth-starter, and a couple of bullpen pieces. For the most part, the Braves know what their team will look like. Therefore, Vegas knows the club will be one of the best in the game. Here’s a potential 2023 roster:
