According to a report from Robert Murray of FanSided, Alex Anthopoulos is already getting to work on improving the reigning World Series Champions.

This shouldn’t come as a surprise, Anthopoulos has been notoriously active early in the process, always making small improvements. Drew Smyly and Charlie Morton were among the two biggest signings for the team, and they were two of the first signings in all of baseball last year. Here’s what Murray had to say:
One additional item on the Braves: While Freeman is clearly their No. 1 priority, sources say that general manager Alex Anthopoulos has been aggressively working the phones. Something to keep an eye on in the coming days and weeks.
I can pretty much say you don’t need sources to know this, but it’s good to know that Anthopoulos is busy working to improve the Braves right now and isn’t satisfied with one championship. This is going to be an exciting offseason for Braves fans.
