After a lot of bad news in the injury department early this season, the Braves finally released something positive, announcing that Matt Adams has been reinstated to the active roster from the 10-day IL.

In a corresponding move, the Braves optioned Chad Sobotka to the Gwinnett training site.
Adams went on the IL two weeks ago after straining his hamstring. Thankfully, it turned out not to be a pull, which would have kept him out for much longer. His presence back into the lineup will be a welcomed one, considering the injuries to Ronald Acuña and Ozzie Albies, as well as the slow starts by players like Johan Camargo and Austin Riley.
