The Falcons and Jaguars met in Atlanta for the final preseason game before the 2022 season, but all cameras were on a different player. During a halftime scrimmage, the MVP of the game was Atlanta Braves mascot Blooper, who put on a wildly entertaining performance against a bunch of youth football players.
Blooper didn’t take it easy on the kids, teaching them valuable life lessons — nothing in this world is fair. The GOAT of mascots showed no mercy on a run that left a wake of peewee players.

I’m not sure the contest’s final score, but I’d wager the mascots won with Blooper being the most valuable player in the game, which could garner attention from the Falcons. The football club went on to defeat the Jags 28-12 as rookie quarterback Desmond Ridder threw for 185 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions while running back Caleb Huntley led the way on the ground with 86 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries.
Blooper will return to his regular day job providing priceless entertainment for the fans of Braves Country as the baseball club chases down the division-leading Mets in an attempt to crown themselves NL East champs for a fifth-straight year.
