As much as the Braves have brought in, this only includes third quarter earnings — so July to September. It has been reported that the Braves are expecting to bring in a massive haul from the World Series and playoffs alike, before even including merchandising and other ventures.

Looking at these numbers, it’s easy to say all of that money can go to player salaries. While a good portion of it should, the Braves should have no problem getting Freddie Freeman a new contract and adding even more pieces to the team. It’s an exciting time to be a Braves fan.
