In some terrific news this afternoon, Freddie Freeman and Touki Toussaint have overcome COVID-19 and are medically cleared to come back to baseball.

It’s great to see Freddie & Touki back in a uniform, but it’s even better to know they and their families are all in good health. Freddie came out of the tunnel to take some BP hacks, and Touki was spotted long tossing at Truist Park — he will surely be fighting for a bullpen spot. Will Smith and Pete Kozma haven’t been cleared yet, but hopefully, they both make a speedy recovery like Freddie & Touki.
