If you follow the site, you’re well aware of which prospect I’m most excited for in the organization — Justyn-Henry Malloy, who just received a promotion to the Gwinnett Stripers to end the season.
Congratulations to @jhenmalloy on his promotion to @GoStripers!

The Braves have had several star young players rocket through their system this season, and Malloy is the latest to inch one step closer to the majors.
Like Vaughn Grissom, Malloy began the year in High-A Rome, where he hit over .300 with 10 homers in 71 games before being promoted to Mississippi. In terms of average, AA has been a little more difficult for Malloy, but the pop has remained present, and he’s still been on base over 40% of the time, thanks to an insane 18.1% walk rate.
Malloy has proven to be a maestro at taking his free passes. Combine that with his plus-power, and the Braves have yet another offensive prospect to keep an eye on. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if we saw him in Atlanta at some point next season.
