The Braves don’t expect Eddie Rosario back before the All-Star break, and there remains no timetable for a return, but we did get an update on his progress from Mark Bowman yesterday.
Eddie Rosario was shagging fly balls during batting practice. Still no timetable for his return. But the outfielder, who began hitting in the batting cage last week, is excited about the progress he's made since his vision was surgically corrected in April

The original diagnosis was that Rosario would miss 2-3 months. It’s now looking like it will be closer to three, if not longer. Thankfully, the Braves seem to have found some answers in the outfield from some unexpected sources.
Michael Harris has more than held his own since being called up, especially defensively, and William Contreras has been the Braves’ best-kept offensive secret. He hasn’t stopped raking all season. However, if the Braves are going to repeat as champions, you have to think they’ll need plenty more clutch hits from Rosario down the stretch and in the postseason.
