It has already been rumored that the Braves have expressed interest in Zack Wheeler, but it appears they have more interest in his former teammate, Matt Harvey:
The Atlanta #Braves have been the team most aggressive in pursuit of Cincinnati #Reds starter Matt Harvey in their trade talks

Given the fact that Alex Anthopolous is doing the equivalent of a thrift store run at the deadline, this makes sense. Harvey could be had for nickels on the dime and has shown great potential in the past.
Harvey has posted a 4.44 ERA since being acquired by the Reds earlier in the season. He is a shell of his past self, but if the asking price is essentially free do not be surprised if the Braves roll the dice. However, Jon Heyman does not think this is going to happen:
sources: brewers and cubs are among main teams in mix for matt Harvey. (not likely braves, I am told).
