The Falcons came out of Week 13 victorious, beating the Jets by a score of 13-8 but left New York with several key injuries.
Jeff Okudah, A.J. Terrell, Nate Landman, and Kaleb McGary all went down with various injuries. Tre Flowers, Clark Phillips, Andre Smith, and Storm Norton replaced those starters, and we could see more of the backup right tackle.
NFL insider Jeremy Fowler reports that McGary likely suffered an MCL sprain. It isn’t expected to be long term, but Fowler says the Falcons starter could miss some time.
#Falcons RT Kaleb McGary likely suffered an MCL sprain Sunday, per source. Nothing long-term but could miss some time.

Against one of the best defensive lines in football, Atlanta kept Desmond Ridder somewhat clean. It wasn’t perfect, but it was good enough to give the Falcons a victory.
Storm Norton appeared in 12 games for the Chargers in 2022 and actually started 15 games for them in 2021. So he’s got some experience, but if he’s forced to start, the Buccaneers pass rushers aren’t going to be an easy test this Sunday.
Though Kaleb McGary might not be many fans’ favorite Falcons player, he’s not a terrible tackle and is a better option than Norton. Hopefully, Fowler is correct and this isn’t a long-term injury.
Moreover, Drew Dalman and David Onyemata were banged up but both seem to be available this weekend against Tampa Bay. However, the same cannot be said for Okudah and Landman.
Falcons HC Arthur Smith said injuries to RT Kaleb McGary, LB Nate Landman and CB Jeff Okudah were not long-term.
Doesn't know whether they'll play this week against Tampa or not — they'll know more Wednesday & Thursday.

Terrell, on the other hand, is going through concussion protocol, so the Falcons will know more as the week progresses.
Falcons head coach Arthur Smith with an injury update as Week 14 begins: Cornerback A.J. Terrell is in concussion protocol. Linebacker Nate Landman and offensive lineman Kaleb McGary both have knee injuries but "thankfully it wasn't anything long-term."
