Many Falcons fans were confused when the Falcons took Chris Lindstrom with the 14th pick in the 2019 NFL Draft out of Boston College. After only starting five games as a rookie due to injury, 2020 would be a big season for Lindstrom. He delivered. Now, in 2021, he’s showing he’s one of the best offensive linemen in the entire NFL.
For those keeping track, RG Chris Lindstrom has graded as the #Falcons 4th, 1st and 1st best offensive player over the last three weeks.

#Falcons Chris Lindstrom is PFF’s 2nd ranked RG for 2021 so far, only behind #Cowboys Zack Martin who has only played one game.

PFF Grades are just one of the measuring sticks we can use to evaluate NFL players, but anyone who watches the games knows that Chris Lindstrom is arguably the best player on the Falcons. Lindstrom has faced fierce competition over the first three weeks, and he has passed with flying colors.
Next week, things don’t get easier with the Washington Football Team, but Lindstrom has shown he can hang with anyone. Not only has Lindstrom been one of the league’s best run blockers, but he has also held up his end of the bargain when it comes to keeping Matt Ryan upright.
When you talk about the elite guards in the NFL like Zack Martin, Quenton Nelson and Wyatt Davis, Chris Lindstrom is a name that has firmly entered that echelon of interior offensive linemen.
